Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our London studio. We aim to process and ship all orders within 14 business days, including pre-order making time. We cannot guarantee deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both Standard and Express Shipping.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/dimensions of the package. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, and so we strongly advise to check with your local customs office.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes. Please contact us within 24 hours at studio@alinaispas.com with your order number with any issues or concerns.
