Refund policy

While we do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation, we are more than happy to assist with any issues or concerns you might encounter with your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item, a defective item or would like to change the size, please contact us at studio@alinaispas.com. 

Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
